Qendra Kombëtare për Shërbimet Komunitare (NCCS) është një OJQ e pavarur shqiptare me vizion për të ndihmuar dhe luajtur një rol kyç në zhvillimin e komunitetit shqiptar. QKKS u regjistrua fillimisht në Gjykatën e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë më 11 dhjetor 1998 dhe u rithemelua me synime dhe misione të reja në 10 Prill 2007.

NCCS punon për të integruar grupet më të pafavorizuara duke përfshirë komunitetet rurale, gratë, komunitetin rom, njerëzit që jetojnë në përjashtim social, si PLWHIV, përdoruesit injektues të drogës dhe forcimin e kapaciteteve të institucioneve dhe njerëzve për të mbrojtur dhe avokuar për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të tyre dhe përfshirjen sociale.

Trajnimi

Qendra Kombëtare për Shërbimet Komunitare ofron zhvillim organizativ për sektorin e OJQ-ve, trajnime profesionale dhe gjinore për grupet e synuara vulnerabël, edukim të bashkëmoshatarëve dhe informacion mbi SST/HIV-AIDS për objektiva të ndryshëm dhe aftësi të tjera për institucionet dhe profesionistët individualë (ofruesit e kujdesit shëndetësor, infermierët , etj.).

Qendra Kombëtare për Shërbimet Komunitare mbështet angazhimin e OJF-ve në fushën shëndetësore, sociale dhe mjedisore në organizimin dhe zhvillimin e fushatave kombëtare të ndërgjegjësimit që synojnë të evidentojnë rreziqet dhe të përmirësojnë standardet e jetesës së njerëzve. QKKS punon për forcimin e kapaciteteve të aktorëve joshtetërorë për të përmirësuar qeverisjen në nivel kombëtar dhe lokal në Shqipëri

ENGLISH VERSION

The National Centre for Community Services (NCCS) is an independent Albanian NGO with a vision to assist and play a key role in the development of the Albanian community. NCCS was originally registered in Tirana District court on 11th of December 1998 and re established with new goals and missions on the 10th of April 2007.

NCCS works to integrate the most disadvantaged groups including rural communities, women, Roma community, people living in social exclusion, such as PLWHIV, injecting drug users and strengthen institutions and people capacity to protect and advocate for the protection of their rights and social inclusion.

Training

National Center for Community Services provides organizational development for NGO sector, vocational and gender training for vulnerable target groups, peer-to-peer education and information on SST/HIV-AIDS for diverse targets and other skills to institutions and individual practitioners (health care providers, nurses etc).

Advocacy Work

National Center for Community Services supports NPO-s effort working in the health , social & environment field in the organization and development of national awareness campaigns aiming at highlighting the risks and improving living standards people. NCCS works on Capacity Building for Non State Actors for Improving Governance at National and Local Level in Albania
