We are an independent Albanian NGO with a vision to assist and play a key role in the development of the Albanian community through capacity building!
About Us
The National Center for Community Service is pursuing the activities towards building a culture for a better, healthier and more inclusive community.
Our mission? We want to provide services address communities’ needs in the sectors of public health, social well-being, capacity building, public awareness and local economic development.
As NCCS, we work for the empowerment of social excluded communities and individuals through service provision and improvement of their life skills, in order to enhance their integration in society.
Our pillars
Provision of assistance and training to the Albanian communities, the civil society organizations, and the public service delivery structures at community level.
Provision of services to social excluded people, including PLWHIV, LGBT and ethnic minority groups;
Organization of cross-sector initiatives with special focus on gender, health and environment
