NCCS ofron shërbimin e ndërmjetësimit për punë për gratë. Llojet kryesore të punëve për të cilat ndërmjetësojmë janë:

  • punëtore shtëpie;
  • kujdestare fëmijësh;
  • kujdestare të moshuarish;
  • pastruese lokali, hoteli;
  • infermiere shtëpie;
  • shitëse etj.

Qendra organizon trajnime 5 ditore cdo muaj për gratë që do të punojnë si punëtore shtëpie, kujdestare fëmijësh ose të moshuarish, duke krijuar kështu një njohje nga afër të personalitetit të çdo gruaje të cilën punësojmë, si dhe duke rritur aftësitë e tyre profesionale.

Trajnimet gjatë periudhës shtator 2018-shtator 2019 do të jenë falas sepse mbështeten nga Programi Rajonal mbi Demokracinë Vendore në Ballkanin Perëndimor (ReLoad), i financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian, zbatuar nga Programi i Kombeve të Bashkuara për Zhvillim (UNDP).

Që nga shkurti 2024, projekti është ende në vazhdim.

ENGLISH VERSION

Through the agency “Melisa”, NCCS provides job placement service for women. The main types of work for which we mediate are:

  • domestic worker,
  • babysitter;
  • elderly carers,
  • bar cleaners, hotel cleaners;
  • home nurse,
  • saleswoman

The center organizes 5-day trainings every month for women who will work as domestic workers, child care workers or elderly people, thus creating a close acquaintance with the personality of each woman we employ, as well as increasing their professional skills.

The trainings during the period September 2018 – September 2019 were distributed for free thanks to the support of the Regional Program on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans (ReLoad), financed by the European Union, implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

As of February 2024, the project is still ongoing.
